Permitted
Internal evaluation, prototyping, factual citation with attribution and timestamps, and temporary caching necessary to test an integration.
Not permitted
Resale, sublicensing, bulk republication, creation of a competing database, removal of provenance, use of stale data as current, or use for regulated eligibility decisions.
Production and redistribution
Production, bulk, derived-product, model-training, or redistribution rights require a written license. Source-specific restrictions continue to apply.
Corrections
If we supply a material correction or deletion instruction under the applicable license, you must propagate it within the agreed period.
